Shipping and Returns

Freight Policy

  • Orders meeting freight allowance minimums will be shipped to a single destination within the continental United States and APS reserves the right to select the carrier.
  • Continental United States: Orders of $3,000.00 or more will be shipped Freight Prepaid. Orders $2,999.99 or less will be shipped at customer’s expense.

Drop Shipments
  • Approved for customers with open account status only.
  • A drop ship fee of $5.00 per shipment or minimum $15.00 shipping and handling fees will be added to invoice.

Freight Claim
  • Using APS account: Claims for loss or damage in transit, customers/consignee please immediately contact APS distributor, APS will contact carrier and take care of it.
  • Using customer’s account: Claims for loss or damage in transit, must be filled by customers/consignee immediately with carrier.

Defects and Return
  • Liability for damaged or defective merchandise (other than freight claims) is limited to repair or replacement of the damaged or defective part.
  • APS will repair or replace the defective part if it determines the damage or defect was not due to alteration, improper use and / or neglect.
  • Prior authorization is required of all defective and warranty return.
  • Return(s) must be shipped freight prepaid. Freight cannot be deducted from invoice or statements.
  • No return accepted after 90 days.
  • Once a year, customers may exchange up to 3% of the previous year’s purchase as a stock adjustment.


Please contact Heart Horse Sales Representative for RA# in advance. We will then apply for a credit for the full amount minus a 10~ 15% restocking fee of your purchase price if product is received in new condition. The credit will be deducted from your next payment. You can also choose to exchange your item for any other product that we carry in stock of equal or lesser value, a credit will be issued for the remainder of the balance.     

Heart Horse is not responsible for any shipping charges if customer ordered wrong product(s). We will not accept items that are used unless it is a manufacture defect or if customer have not been issued a RA# in advance.
